Purpose Of Duty

To prepare beverages for guests at the bar, interacting with them, offering and serving them food.

• To attend bi-daily team briefing actively.

• To always act and perform accordingly to LPM standards.
• To have a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list, digestive and bar list of LPM
• Set up the bar for full operation. Prepare the juices, purees, syrups, fruits, garnishes, batches.
• Make sure the bar is always spotless, clean & tidy.
• Be an active member in the operations during service hours, preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, cafe, serving snacks while interacting with the guests.
• To maximize opportunities to increase revenue (upselling, recommendations, participation in incentives,...)
• To always ensure an excellent guest experience.
• To successfully follow daily duties and role responsibilities.
• To efficiently use the POS system.
• To respond quickly and positively to changes within your job role, showing flexibility JOB ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Hospitality education background
• European Bartender School
• WSET Level

• Minimum 2 years in F&B (sommelier, bar, food industry)
• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant (min 2 years)
• Previous experience in a high-volume cocktail bar (min 2 years)

• Additional experience in 5 stars hotel
• Additional experience as barista

• Interpersonal skills
