Business Consultant - Pre-IPO Social Software Leader - Tech Unicorn (Arabic Speaking)

Base 150,000 AED - 200,000 AED + 10% Bonus + Benefits + Stock

Responsibilities

A client facing role sat in the post sales cycle, Professional Services team.
Manage and optimize configuration of onboarded clients, to ensure success within the platform.
Helping customers achieve within the platform and re-establish clients objectives.
Design and configure a successful solution based on Client's requirements
Communicating clear solutions to clients implementation issues
In this role but you need to be able to talk software development with senior stakeholders on-site with customers when integrating.



Experience Required

2-4 years experience in Professional Services implementing SaaS. (Social/digital is ideal).
Very strong communication skills - must be comfortable in client facing role becoming "trusted advisor" throughout project delivery - this will involve managing customer expectations
Start-Up mentality - things move quickly and will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure! Not for the faint-hearted or non A-players!
