Overseeing and managing sales activities in MENA region being responsible for achieving results in terms of margins, revenue, growth and acquisitions
In collaboration with Managing Director and Regional Managers, Sales Director creates initiatives to take full advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks and maximize core strengths.
Organizing and leading sales processes and ensuring that KPIs are in line with company’s sales strategy
Close collaboration with regional Head of Operator Parthnerships in order to align, inform and drive future actions to have better connectivity and MNO partnerships in assigned regions.
Managing Regional managers by setting up goals and monitoring performance as well as coach them to reach their full leadership potential.
You are an A-Player, Sales professional looking to develop your career in a high-growth environment, with 8-14 years professional experience in Enterprise Sales.
You are able to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
You have a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
You have demonstrable experience as Head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
You prefer a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You have strong leadership skills
