Job Description :

This position will be based either out of Jeddah, Dubai, Beirut or Manama. The Senior Digital Director is responsible for the performance of the Digital Department at TRACCS, including the implementation of the required systems, procedures and protocols. He/She is responsible for identifying and evaluating new digital technologies, analytic tools to measure traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising for the entire network.


The Senior Digital Director also responsible for identifying the most relevant KPIs to measure within the digital space that contributes clearly to clients’ wider business objectives and goals along with an on-going process for measurement and improvement.

The Senior Digital Director is responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital strategies for clients and enhancing client’s brand awareness within the digital space, drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers as well as manage digital audits and reports for the communications department and clients.

Experience and Skills Required:

The Senior Digital Director should have:

Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Proven track record in significantly improving the digital capability of an organization.
Experience of developing and implementing digital strategy at a senior level.
A successful track record of developing and executing a digital strategy across multiple markets.
Holistic digital and social experience with a wide range of capabilities across digital globally.
10+ years of overall digital experience including a minimum of 4 years at an agency or consultancy.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tool and ad serving tools
Understanding of branding and advertising in relations to developing social media campaigns
Up-to-date information about the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
