Job Description :

Job responsibilities:

Support country manager and work with HQ team to define, plan, and execute go-to market strategies for PUBG Mobile game, ensuring its consistency with Tencent’s global strategy while supporting middle east region specifically.
Work with HQ team to plan and execute local events and activities in/out of the games and support Arabic community operation;
Work with HQ team to engage and maintain local high value users group;
Support country manager and work with HQ operation team to meet and exceed business plan;
Provide game operation insight to development team based on local culture and practise.

Job requirement:
Bilingual (Arabic + English or Arabic + Chinese)
Bachelor degree or above, with 3+ years’ experience in Middle East region, preferable in internet/gaming industry.
Understanding of internet industry and gaming industry, able to provide insight and suggestions based on local experience;
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be self-starter, including the ability to work independently and autonomously.
Strong cross-department, cross-culture communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a Startup environment.
Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
