Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic, yet responsible Administrative executive. This role requires high attention, fast reaction and conversational skills to perform below mentioned duties.

This role is based in our headquarters in Dubai and reports to the

Responsibilities:

• Keeping up-to-date record of employee hard files and soft files.

• Liaising up with co-workers to keep up the team posted accordingly.

• Daily updating the list of employees in excel sheet on their arrival.

• Typing memos and business letters as required.

• Keeping all the records as per UAE labor law.

• Must possess high class communication and interpersonal skills with telephonic manners.

• Responsible to handle the tasks related to admin and clerical activities.

• Preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.

• Answer and respond to customer inquiries.

• Build customer relationships.

• Assist and support accounts department in financial operations.

• Assist and support processing payroll records.

• Ensure timely completion of financial and other administrative audits.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements for the management team.

• Manage databases and document processes and systems implement

Qualification:

• Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.

Experience:

• 2 years of administrative /secretarial experience in Real Estate.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Customer focused
Ability to multitask
Work under own initiative and part of the team
Business wide vision & understanding of principles of commercial and operating risk
Excellent analytical skills, and a high degree of Problem solving capability
