Job Description :

Transguard are now looking to hire an Account Executive to join the Hospitality team.

Reporting in to the Account Manager, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for the delivery of operational and HR services to the assigned key accounts. This person will be responsible for ensuring customer expectations are exceeded with exceptional service delivery standards and delivering all operations within the standard operating procedures.


Main Responsibilities

Commercial Management

Understand the day-to-day running and maintaining each account; this includes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and establish / monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the contracts
Coordinate and manage, alongside finance, all client invoicing, including following up on payments
Management of any fees that need to be charged to client accounts
Continuous improvement of internal processes and provide solutions


Customer Management

Develop a good working relationship with the client and attend regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract.
Ensure that day-to-day operations are delivered within the agreed timeframes, escalate to the Line Manager any issues.
Respond to customer queries over the phone, in person or by email
Ensure communication is kept to a high level to ensure customer happiness.
Identify opportunities within each contract to grow both Head Count and additional service lines.


Team Work

Ensure that individual work schedules are aligned to the team schedule in order to meet the deadlines.
Communicate clear instructions to Administrators, ensure they understand the tasks and are on track to deliver.
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations, escalate issues to the Line Manager in a timely manner.


HR Operations and Services Management

Ensure the smooth delivery of the following HR services to the end client;
recruitment and hiring
Employment visa (new, renewals, cancellations)
Passport and visa services
Payroll services
Onboarding and offboarding
Disciplinary and performance management
Oracle workflow and processing
Adhoc HR requests
Ensure that the Administrators follows up on information regarding passport and residence visa expiry and keep close attention to their immigration status and potential absconders.
Highlight any issues in the internal processes and provide solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language

The ideal candidate will be

Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
In possession of a valid UAE driving license
Educated to Bachelor’s degree level
Experienced in operational or HR activities within Hospitality, Retail or F&B sectors with a minimum of 2-4 years’
