Job Purpose:


Maintaining relations with Chinese Customers and executing global/regional sector strategy on country level;

Being the Local/Global customer’s main point of contact;

Wining more business, retaining existing portfolio and developing Strategic Customers;

Troubleshooting and assisting customers at all times;

Coordinating with CRM’s on account planning, customer enquiries, business reviews, etc;

Gathering customer and market information to update Product and Trade Lane on current conditions;

Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to be able make decisions at critical times and under pressure.


Knowledge Skills and Experience:

Working experience in the industry & commercial experience

Deep knowledge on products (AFR/OFR/ CDZ/ RFR) and business models

Ability to work independently and drive customized solutions/address individual needs

Conceptual thinking and analytical skills

Availability to base in Dubai.
