Here's what you are going to be doing:

1) Should have positive can-do attitude and thrive on the challenge of a changing market.

2) Ability to work in highly experienced team environment, a team player.

3) Ability to put high priority on customer satisfaction and generate referrals.

4) Terrific closure of sales.

5) Maintain relationships with Developers, Sellers & Buyers

6) Having a thorough knowledge of CRM follow ups and updating.

7) Having a thorough Dubai Off-plan Real Estate Market knowledge.

8) Ability to generate Listings

9) Ability to work under pressure

10) Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and developer/sellers.

11) Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.


Here is what we need from you: 

You should have solid knowledge and understanding of the Dubai Off-plan market
Proven Sales track record
Strong communication skills
Customer Relations Expertise
Holds a valid driving license
Computer literate
RERA Certification is a PLUS
at least 1 yr experience in Off-plan Sales

Ideal candidate should have the following:

1) College/University graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in Off-plan Market.

2) Should have a positive attitude & be good at handling rejections.

3) Must be fluent in English. Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills.

4) Should be a team player, persistent, resourceful and result driven.

5) Should be proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook and knowledge of Internet, Email and Social Media.
