What’s On Your Plate?
Performance Marketing is at the core of Marketing at Talabat and key to the business. This team ensures the right utilization of a multi-million Euro budget across the entire spectrum of digital media. The performance marketing spend is primarily aimed at acquiring users at a pre-decided cost. Performance Marketing also supports campaigns linked to strategic objectives in the countries.
You will be part of the Marketing Team reporting into the CMO and leading a small direct team. However, you and your team will work closely with the wider teams based in Berlin and in the countries that we operate.
Your Mission:
Highly cross-functional with daily interaction with all functions within marketing across multiple geographies.
Significant involvement with the Product and Tech team.
Includes some travel to Berlin and in the region up to 10% of the time.
High visibility role with substantial stakeholder management.
What Did We Order? Your Heroic skills:
Proven experience of major online marketing channels (example: SEM, Paid Social).
Proven ability to use data driven analysis to influence change and drive innovation (A/B, multivariate, Lift tests).
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis and visualization (DataStudio, Tableau, SQL, BigQuery).
Strong knowledge of measurement and tracking (Analytics, Adjust etc).
Experience of having worked with Product and/or Engineering to collaborate on tracking, measurement, and growth.
A people person who is able to collaborate and manage stakeholders across multiple levels and functions, and lead a team.
+5 years experience in a business where online marketing in a core driving function.
Minimum 3 years experience leading a team.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, challenging environment.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
