Writers.ae, a subsidiary of Amourion Training Institute is a writing services company that caters to all the writing needs for corporate or individual clients. We write business plans and company profiles, resumes and biographies, books, articles and blogs, letters, reports and website content, just to name a few. And guess what! We are looking for a telemarketer to join our team!

TELEMARKETER JOB DESCRIPTION
The telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential customers. He/she will be required to introduce our Book writing and other corporate writing services, with a focus on increasing our customer base. He/she must be capable enough to convince potential customers to purchase one of the myriad services that we offer, close sales, and quickly move to the next call. The telemarketer has to track and record calls, and present himself/herself with dignity and in a professional manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers.
• Keeping up to date with our services and our competitors.
• Performing customized targeted sales strategies.
• Sharing information about our services by following sales scripts.
• Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls.
• Facilitating future sales.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
• Closing sales and passing the new client on to the writing department.
• Understanding customers’ needs and offering solutions and support.
• Maintaining a record of calls through the existing computerized system.
• Collecting and updating call information.
• Addressing customer complaints and doubts with relevant answers.
• Updating the database of prospective clients.
• Handling Social Media marketing for our all brands by posting daily content on all the platforms.
• Assisting other team members as needed.


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Comfortable in cold calling and talking to new people all day.
• Previous cold calling experience in outbound call center or related sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional command on the English Language is a must; spoken Arabic will be an added advantage.
• Persuasive, goal-oriented, energetic, professional, and friendly.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
• Customer focused in order to gain sales.
• Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals.
• Responsive to customer issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers.
• Able to professionally and confidently communicate with diverse groups of people.
• Demonstrated and proven sales results.
• Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when dealing with the next potential customer.
• Knowledge of sales process from initiation to closing.
• Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
