**Requirements*


· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, additional languages are a plus.


· Ability to operate independently, and ethically, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

· Prepare weekly leads report updates


· Prepare necessary paperwork to meet the UAE standards according to the law


· Build and establish a good working relationship with both the developers and the buyers.


· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws and policies and regulations.


· Monitor the property market to watch out for new projects and payment plans.


· Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a deal


· Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services


· Consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal.


· Negotiating and finalizing deals


· Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements, propose solutions that suit them.


· Conduct property market research to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin.


· High self-confidence and analytical skills


· Fluent in the English language


· Positive and enthusiastic attitude


· RERA Certified is plus


· Minimum 2 years of experience with significant developers with proven tracking record.
