Overview:

Help maximize all revenue producing opportunities relating to the café and HIPP products, securing new and repeat business and establish a loyal clientele. Establish a network and organise events, get together, parties for young mothers in Dubai


Main Responsibilities:

Should be socially active on various social media platforms and groups
Must be a young mother connected with other expat mothers in UAE
Be the brand ambassador for HIPP amongst the mother groups - Pre and antenatal groups.
Be the brand ambassador of the HIPP brand and products in store. Increase sales by having the right visual displays and creating promotional videos, leaflet, social media & advertising content.
Help on selecting which items mums are interested in us promoting and what they want to see in our stores.
Record and report on all demonstration related questions such as taste, quality, and product feedback.
Identify customer needs in order to provide optimal service
Provide product samples for customers to taste and persuade them to buy more.
Takes responsibility for serving the customer and finding solutions to customers’ queries
Actively manage the client registry by sourcing new customers and managing existing customer base
Meets customers’ needs and expectations by asking, listening to and advising customers as to options/services/products available
Achievement of sales and unit targets
Conceptualise, organise and manage in store events
Maximize sales and ensure stock availability in the stores
Ensure products availability, visibility and activity.
Monthly stock checks to ensure inventory is accurate
Develop in-depth product knowledge to deliver excellent product knowledge to the customer

Financial Accountabilities:

Generating better revenues
Upselling low moving items
Running promotions for stock clearings

Requirements:

English written spoken
Must be a diploma or degree holder
Any other international language is an added advantage
Must have a valid UAE driving license and car
