As a Senior Consultant-Sitecore in Advertising Marketing & Commerce, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

General consulting capabilities:


• Produce a high quality deliverables and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience
• Understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client’s business
• Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function
• Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy
• Ability to incorporate financial/business information when evaluating strategic options
• Maintains composure through conflict and sensitive situations, escalating issues to engagement/account leadership when appropriate
• Organize insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations
• Applies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
• Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving
• Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology
• Helps clients better understand and engage with their customers by selecting and developing the right technical infrastructure to drive business results

Sitecore capabilities (exposure and experience):


1. 8+ years of experience in web development and digital technologies with atleast 6+ years on Sitecore

2. Experience as an architect in atleast one end to end Sitecore CMS implementation with commerce.

3. Extensive experience in Helix Framework, Headless and SXA using Sitecore 9.0, 8.2 XP Platform

4. Experience of developing web applications and services preferably for Sitecore 8.x and 9.x

5. Excellent experience in Microsoft/.NET stack technologies [C#, SQL, ASP.NET, Azure]

6. Experience in working with Sitecore DMS for Web Analytics and Personalization.

7. Experience in designing multichannel distribution & social channels.

8. Experience in developing web solutions with search engines such as Lucerne and SOLR Search with Sitecore

9. Worked on customizing Sitecore Pipelines such as Item Resolver, URL Resolver, and Language Resolver

10. Worked on integration of various modules with Sitecore like CRM, SFDC, Bright cove, SVG images

11. Worked with ORMs in Sitecore solutions such as Glass Mapper and TDS

12. In-depth understanding of HTML, Java Script, jQuery, Angular/React and AJAX

13. Experience in SCRUM and Agile Methodologies along with knowledge of Project Tracking Tools such as JIRA

14. Excellent experience in dealing with the big data
o Design long-running processes
o Sync and async programming
o debugging/troubleshooting the performance leaks and improve them

15. Good experience in designing/consuming the web API and integration with external providers (WebApi, OAuth2, OpenID, Basic Authentication, etc.)

16. DevOps:
o familiar with TeamCity and configuring projects from scratch
o ability to enforce quality metrics through CI

17. Automation/Testing, good experience in Unit Test framework NUnit, xUnit, Specflow will help the team to move fast.

Preferred:

· Code Quality Tools, like SonarQube etc.

· Sitecore certification a plus.

· Awareness of accessibility standards.

· TDD Experience with Sitecore

· Awareness of performance and SEO standards.

Qualifications:

· 7-10 years of experiencein a relevant professional discipline/ industry. Experience in big four is a plus

· An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering, MBA or a relevant Master degree.

· Certificationsin related methodologies including PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, BPR techniques and implementation methodologies beneficial

· Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic Languages

· Demonstrate leadershipand team playing abilities

· Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working

· Ability to operate and understandexcellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables

· Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details

· Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

· Ability to handle multiple task and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment and flexible work hours

· Willingness to travel (required)
