Baklawa Made Better (BMB) is an innovative confectionary business that is passionate about providing premium quality with an exceptional taste.


Due to its rapid expansion, we are now looking to hire a dynamic and talented Brand Manager to join our team.


This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.



Responsibilities

Able to manage an account from its development & introduce new SKU's
Work closely to develop and maintain relationships with current and new distributors
Continously work towards developing the business via new client acquisition
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
Monitor market and consumer trends
Develop pricing and distribution strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales and/or Marketing
3+ years' brand management or marketing experience

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competative tax-free salary package inclusive of basic pay, housing allowance and transportation allowance along with an incentive scheme for our Brand Managers.
