Your Mission:

Drive Sales growth and overall efficiency in the UAE.


Core Responsibilities:

Work closely with Regional Sales, Marketing, Operations, Coordination, Finance and Business Intelligence teams to achieve the desired outcomes.
Motivate and drive the team towards excellence in their roles.
Identify business training needs for the team.
Build strong relationship with each Key Strategic Partner (including bi-weekly meetings, handling requests, and feedback received from partners, etc.)
Provide Market research, build strategies and action plans to lockdown competition.
Identify opportunities for growth from each of the Key Strategic Partners (includes in-depth analysis per account, setting long term plans etc.).
Provide detailed monthly performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
