What’s On Your Plate? (Role Summary / Responsibilities)


You will be responsible for upliftment of sales talent, providing content design for sales and senior sales development across 7 countries. You will be involved in creating training modules for coaching large sales teams, building efficient sales processes and supporting new teams with sales execution.

The Regional Sales Excellence Assistant Manager should have exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of driving growth in an ever-changing business environment.


Core Responsibilities:

Understanding gaps in current sales talent development
Content design for sales and senior sales development for all countries
Training plans and end to end creation of training modules (Acq+AM)
Delivering training's
Assessment tracking modules + execution.
Sales data automation

New business/cities/geographies/vertical launch experience
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
Preferably Arabic skills
