Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development and growth plans and strategies for local and export markets.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets and driving the team to achieve the targets.
Responsible for planning, directing and accomplishing marketing strategies, deploy successful marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven track record driving profitable business growth through sales, marketing and strategic development activities
Minimum of 8 years managing a sales force
Experience in sales forecasting, KPIs, tracking and results reporting
UAE & Export market experience, African market is desirable
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field, engineering degree and MBA is an advantage
Generator or any Electromechanical field background
Excellent English skills; Arabic or French language proficiency is a plus
