Job Description :
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring the EM regions performs at highest possible potential of sales formula, by maximizing conversion all along the funnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages external agency teams, media partners and to co-work effectively with a wide range of colleagues.
Proactively shares performance reports, analysis and insights on the Ecommerce.
Performance KPIs and customer base, establishing strong communication channels to help the rest of the organisation understand and leverage the channel.
Supports in finding new & innovative ways to expand ecommerce business and deliver on site revenue goals.
Supports in managing relationships with media and creative agencies and franchise partners.
Works closely with Digital Brand, Brand Comms and ecommerce team to drive testing, reporting, optimization and analysis on channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements. Share with global and other market teams to help educate and learn.
Driving execution of user acquisition campaigns that support company's growth initiatives while meeting budget requirements by close cooperation with local country marketing teams.
Managing full-cycle execution of campaigns with varying objectives across all relevant social media channels.
Working with legal & copywriting for getting creative & promotional assets done / approved.
Defining the strategy across paid social media channels, its execution and creative testing.
Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization.
Working with the marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages.
B) Ideal Experience
University degree in Marketing / Media and a proven previous experience (minimum 3 years) in either agency (Digital, ecommerce) or a client-side Performance Marketing role.
Experience in Performance Marketing: Search Engine Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display, Programmatic Media and Paid Social Media Buying and Planning.
Curious and passionate about ecommerce and Digital Marketing and the interaction of the different channels.
Data driven, with experience in relevant web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics) with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Comfortable with the rapid evolution of (marketing) technology and excited to continue to develop and enhance knowledge, skills and experience. Experience with attribution modelling is a plus.
Logical thinker, able to synthesize knowledge, data and experience to develop and communicate solid conclusions and recommendations.
Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills. Clear communicator that is collaborative and able to build strong relationships quickly.
