Job Description
- Create a cohesive CRM strategy to tap new and existing customer on the e-commerce website.
- Able to manage and handle help desk and ticketing systems.
- Improve and develop strategic marketing plans.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
-Leverage data analytics to optimize all marketing activities
- Must be capable enough to implement ideas, strategies for cross selling products and services to increase the billing /revenue.
- Able to create and run digital marketing campaigns.
- Positive attitude and team player

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree on related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience on sales and marketing.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
