The Role

Lead a team of up to 70 people to provide a high level of customer service
Manage the store on a day to day basis to ensure KPI\'s are met
Manage the P&L for the store to maximize profitability
Create and maintain a positive and high performing culture within the store
80% of time spent on the shop floor
Talent development and management

The Person

Must have previous retail management experience of 7 years with ideally 3 years within the beauty industry
Retail management experience leading a team of 40-60 members
Charismatic and energetic with a passion for leading and motivating teams
Strong business and financial acumen
Hand on leader who enjoys being on the sales floor
Excellent English verbal and written communication
Arabic and french beneficial but not essential

Benefits Offered : Package 23,000 - 28,000 AED plus commission
