Job Description :

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for providing advanced technical services including; solution design, implementation, integration, handover, documentation and training.


Working on multiple, major Government Programmes in the Middle East remotely and on-site, liaising with 3rd party vendors and internal overseas teams.



Essential Functions:

Maintain and improve proficiency in all facets of the products and solutions
Insure open communication with client, 3rd parties and internal teams to advise, anticipate and resolve issues
Schedule and perform implementation on site and remotely
Investigate more complex technical issues
Maintain detailed notes and document implementation and configurations for each project
Create and maintain documentation and training to help drive success for the team and clients
Help build and maintain a robust Knowledge Base
Coordinate and execute data conversions
Evaluate client hardware and software, checking it meets requirements
Manage serious client technical issues including troubleshooting hardware and software (i.e., data corruption, bottle necks, network disconnects, etc.)


Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting high performance, integrated applications
Good knowledge of UML and multi-tiered architectures
Advanced understanding of message queuing and structured messages
Good knowledge of API interfaces
Knowledge of SQL and able to write queries
Proven/demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, handle multiple demands and changing priorities and exhibit results with a high level of accuracy
Excellent communicator, detail orientated
