-WORKED IN FINE DINING JAPANESE OR ASIAN CUISINE RESTAURANTS

-STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF ASIAN CULTURE


Your main responsibility is to make sure all everyday activities run efficiently and professionally.


Handling customer complaints and resolving issues that employees are not authorized to handle on their own.
Lead by example your team to deliver a service of excellence at all times.
Dealing with schedule changes, employee call-ins, and other staffing issues.
Filling in for absent employees as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
