Job Description :

Our client is a leading international engineering consultancy looking for an Assets management consultant to join their well established team. Location can be flexible between either Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

As an Asset Management Consultant, you will be working under the guidance of the Business Unit Director and will be working with diverse clients to develop and enhance their asset management strategy, implementation plans, operations systems, and programs.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients in developing asset management strategies, plans, and implementation programs. - Develop and re-engineer business processes and procedures for a range of activities including whole of life cycle asset management - Develop enterprise solutions, select and adapt relevant tools and technologies. - Work directly with government entities, public and private utilities, health, airports and transportation agencies. - Keep abreast of global industry, academic, and market environments pertaining to Asset Management.

Skills and Requirements: - University Degree in Engineering (Civil, ME, Electrical), Finance or MBA. - 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role with geographical exposure on an international scale. - Middle East experience is a plus - Minimum 3 years’ experience working with asset management related to water, power and energy utilities, aviation, transportation, health or similar entitities. - Track record in asset management operations - Experience with and implementation of PAS55 and/or ISO55000 is a plus - Certification in Asset Management is a plus - Must have strong interpersonal and analytical skills - Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
