Job Description :

Construction Manger

Responsible to the Project Manager / Chief Representative.
Deputise for the CR during his absence.
Responsible for achieving maximum possible productivity rate whilst executing the work within the budget allowance
Responsible for the close working relationship within the Project Team to ensure the efficient execution of the scope of work
Ensure satisfactory completion of all mobilisations and subsequent works on Site
Carry out duties and have responsibilities for tasks as assigned by the Project Manager
Ensure the attainment of the specified quality of works within the requirements of the Contract.
Coordination of internal information communication & distribution and cooperation with the main contractor.
Working with Project Manager / CR to develop the project plan, setting up project milestone and ensuring works progresses as planned.
Responsible for achieving the timely completion of the Project at the most economical manner.
Responsible for maintaining highest standard of Safety and adhering to QA/QC requirements.
