Principal Functions:
Provides comprehensive support to International Sales team and any other concerned section to continuously maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and sales growth. Initiate, Follows up and monitor on the operational requirements of International customers as well as the provision of internal documentations, agreements & invoicing services through close interface with the concerned section.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides comprehensive professional support to Superior in providing efficient and quality customer service to generate more sales and increase revenue for C&WS services.
Gathers technical information related to customer needs for Etisalat C&WS products & services and analyses technical aspects of customer requests for new services.
Assists Sales team in developing of financial scenarios and business cases, in the coordination & follow up of customer service requests (i.e. quotation preparation, Contract, billing inquiries & discrepancies)
Support Sales team in all internal administrative requirements and Correspondence related to assigned customers & interact with all related sections to insure smooth and efficient processing and delivery of customers’ requests in coordination with Sales Manager and Service Delivery Manager.
Develop and manage a comprehensive sales performance & reporting model for International Sales.
Deal with the overall responsibility of International Sales processes automation and efficiency enhancement.
Support Management in planning, monitoring, coordination, communication, and Provides internal consulting within International Sales.
Keep Informs superior of any market changes, tactical issues related to International Sales Customer/client or Etisalat C&Ws product & Services.
Liaises effectively with concerned departments within & outside the Units in order to promptly and accurately address the operational, documentation and billing requirements of C&WS clients. Prepares, reviews and submits routine and special reports
Compile the requirements; including sales/financial statistics, for the efficient implementation of contract agreements, business & marketing plans, campaigns and projects.
Generates regular and ad-hoc reports for the management that summarize and forecast business activities and financial position; escalates critical issues and provides recommendations.
Ensures availability, updates of the requested services/product with the Product team prior to commit any services/conclude any deal.
