This exciting opportunity has arisen in JRG Dubai and the main purpose of this role is to assist the Managing Director and Operations Director in the implementation of Sales strategy and support for Jumeirah Restaurant Group brand portfolio in the MENA region and globally, through the management of the individual brands standards as well as the content production for integrated channel distribution, in outlet display and franchise management.




Your main duties will include:






Assist with all marketing sales activities & projects & achieving sales objective
Meeting or exceeding targets set by the organization
Plan and execute product and sales marketing strategies to meet brand and organizational objectives
Monitor and provide market information, feedback on competitors activities and how this will generate further sales
Provide support to the development of new business opportunities and grow existing customer base
Recommend changes and improvements in design, business opportunities in current markets and raising company profile
Work with Marketing team to implement promotional activities
Prepare weekly and monthly Sales Report when required
Keeping up to date with industry trends in terms of operations and marketing activity for the relevant regions in order to innovate to stay ahead of the game.
Research customer opinion and behaviour in order to provide better service and preferred marketing activity for our customers through social media monitoring and engagement, and reviewing customer feedback through all other channels



In order to be considered for this role, you would possess at least 2 years of experience in a Sales management position, ideally for a luxurious restaurant chain. You would be a sales and target driven individual who has a strong interest in the food and beverage industry as well as being a dynamic person, who has confidence in own abilities. You would possess strong communication skills as well as time management skills.
