A regional pharmaceutical company based in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Brand Manager to handle their Pain/ Primary Care portfolio . The role will be handling the Gulf and KSA region and will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. Our client will provide successful candidates with a professional working environment, stability and opportunities for growth.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Managing the strategic development and marketing plans in order to drive business growth.
- Managing launch plans to drive business growth in the Gulf and KSA region
- Managing the day to day marketing activities including field visits, market intelligence and business reviews; Evaluating market information and competitor activity and recommend responsive action
- Monitoring business performance, sales budgets, forecasts and market shares / channel distribution to ensure achievement of agreed targets.
- Act as the Point of Contact with Distributors, Suppliers, including advertising agencies, research agencies, PR and digital agencies.

Required Qualifications

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidates based in Dubai and KSA are encourages to apply
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing; MBA is a plus
- 3-4 years of brand marketing experience preferably handling Gulf region
- Experience in managing advertising campaigns and major launches
- Willing to travel across the region (Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar, etc.)
- Excellent communciation skills in Arabic and English
- Strong project management skills with robust record of achievements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
