The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist customers on diagnosing, servicing, repairing and maintaining.
Ensure that all service to customer’s equipment is completed efficiently, on time, and correctly according to specifications
Ensure that all service works are done based on company health and safety standards
Responsible for diagnosing problems, ordering parts, minimizing re-work,, proper use and care of tools and equipment, on-the-job safety practices, and proper job documentation including technical report writing
Complete repairs within performance standards guidelines as set by the principal: repair time, quality of repairs, quantity of repairs and other measures
Contribute to building excellent company-customer relationships by providing excellent service results
Keep up-to-date of the changes in the various models of equipment that will be worked on.
All other duties, as assigned by immediate superior
