Job Description :
Priority Banking focuses on the development and management of small to medium size accounts by offering both assets and liabilities solutions. The unit leverages on the skills, knowledge, and expertise of its staff to grow the portfolio and increase its contribution to the overall development and profitability of the bank.
Job Purpose:
This job focuses on developing HNWI relationshipsin totality including assets booking (Home / Vehicle / Personal / Business Finance), Liabilities booking (Current / Savings accounts and term deposits). FX, Wealth Management solutions and Credit Cards. Job requires the candidate to provide general and tailored advice / solutions to customers, maintaining a well structured portfolio in line with Bank's risk and regulatory frameworks. Major responsibilities will also include enhancing revenue generation from existing and new relationships, providing high service standards and ensuring compliance with Bank's policies and regulations.
Business Development
Identify, develop and retain profitable relationships which will help meet the individual and Unit Targets. Also, seek out opportunities to actively market "NTB" relationships. Regularly review the market trends to identify profitable opportunities in selected segments in line with Bank's overall policy and risk appetite.
Relationship Management
Prepare and structure high quality proposals in line with Bank's policies and regulations. Take personal responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of key relationships to leverage business achievement.
Professional Advice
Provide professional advice on Priority Banking Products and services to customers including financing, liabilities products as well as standard banking services. Keep aware of market trends, competitors offerings, and latest products developments.
Compliance / Control
Adherence to applicable policies and procedures to safeguard the Bank's interests. Report of any discrepancies to management.
Learning and Development
To continuously strive for self development and improvement by identifying training needs and communicating same to line manager for action.
