Working in partnership with an established multinational organization, my client is a power brand within the Consumer Goods & Electronics sector.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for independently developing and managing the Mobile segment in assigned Retail Key Accounts. Responsibility will include taking ownership of trade marketing in Key Accounts which will lead to sales target achievement and manage shared resources in the most efficient way for superior service to key customers to achieve strategic directions of the company. Additional responsibility will also include managing promoters (and their targets) assigned to the key accounts, visibility in stores, display matrix implementation, distributor co-ordination, stock management and regular reporting.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Fluent in English and Arabic
Bachelor/Master degree in marketing with minimum 3 years experience in Channel Sales & Field Marketing activities, preferably in Mobile phones business or other Retail/Electronics/IT industry.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all Mobile channel actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users)
Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multitasks effectively
Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
Priority setting & problem solving.
Would suit individuals with previous experience in Category, Brand, or Marketing Management.
