Job Description :
Main Job Purpose and Accountabilities:
This is a vital role charged with leading the growth of Food Service key accounts within the targeted channels. The role will be responsible for delivering Full Potential from each assigned account to the company’s Foodservice business, taking ownership of the account relationship, leading account planning and execution, and delivering on the performance targets for the specified accounts.
Role Accountabilities:
Development and updating of Account profiles
Lead the development and execution of the account plan for the allocated key accounts
Detailed sales and promotional plan, and forecast
Take ownership of the Customer relationship, executing the sales plan for each account to deliver the targeted results (sales volume and revenue; profit; customer satisfaction)
Lead regular customer business reviews (quarterly / annually as agreed) against agreed performance criteria
Regularly report performance against account objectives to the Regional Food Service Manager - MENAT
Lead the provision of timely and accurate forecasts of changes in account demand into the demand planning process
Number of accounts: Accounts across the UAE. The number is to be agreed with the Regional Food Service Manager
Sales Revenue: To be set by the Regional Food Service Manager
No direct reports into this position.
Implement all market activation activities to build brand development and maximize brand performance in Food Service Channel
Identifying market potential in order to establish New Accounts in the HORECA channel
Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
Keep records required by government agencies regarding sanitation, and food subsidies when appropriate.
Create understanding of the market situation including existing technologies & trends
Monitoring competition
The job requires travel within UAE and Oman

Graduate in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, Sales, Marketing
A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
A strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
Arabic Language is a plus
