Job Description :

The Luxury Closet is looking for an experienced Client Manager to head Customer Service dedicated to it's VIP clients.
- head recruitment for the client service team
- build training guides and processes for Excellence in service
- manage client service team
- directly responsible for all sales and incoming consignment items from our top clients
- coordinate with multiple internal team members to deliver results
This is a great role within a fast growing luxury internet start up for a high achieving goal oriented leader.
Desired Skills and Experience
MUST HAVE:
- previous experience in a Sales or CRM or Client Management role for high net worth clients
- regional experience in the Middle East
- 5 to 7 years experience within the Luxury industry, whether it's Luxury retail or Luxury hospitality or Luxury lifestyle services
- travel within the Middle East region
Candidate MUST be fluent in Arabic.
Traveling within the Middle East region will be frequently required.
