Job Description :
Responsible for the total Hematology business in the assigned countries
Leads a team of Hematology Sales Specialists in the countries and works closely with them in their region to maintain and grow the Hematology business
Deliver Plan Sales and Margin targets
Drive development of team members by active coaching and mentoring
Works together with the Hema Sales Specialist on pricing and offers/contracts with new as well as for existing customers. Works with local country management to ensure profitability of the deal and approvals of the contracts.
Drives standardization of the strategic selling process in the designated area’ by supporting and sharing best practices to his team
Evaluates the potential within his area/countries prior to the launch of a new product
Ensures monthly sales cadence with team inclusive of 1:1, field travel and business reviews in order to ensure monthly, accurate forecasting process for the current month, next month, next quarter and fiscal year.
Monitor the development within his area/countries closely and takes action whenever it is required.
Identifies business that is at risk and anticipates business that will be at risk including a bridging strategy towards our next generation of instruments
Establishes and maintains a good relationship with KOL and VIP in his designated countries
