pastingPURPOSE OF THE JOB

The logistics (CS&L) Manager is responsible for planning all shipment & logistics activity for entire ME countries,

He / She will act as single point of contact with central hub, owning Order to INVOICE process for all ME countries.

He/She will be responsible for all collaboration activities with distributors / key accounts, e.g.:

Good Warehousing programs, Wise (Quality) program.

His / Her Main aim is to maximize service level, develop relationship with key customers & distributors as partners, and reduce shipping time / cost, leverage quality standards within warehouses.

Business challenges:

Develop distributor Quality standard vs. WISE standards
Managing complex model (ME dummy customer and 22 DCs in ME)


Responsibilities:

Logistics/ Customer service :

Manage monthly shipment plans for entire ME countries with 3PO team
Reconcile SO / shipment plans with SNP requirement , provide visibility to each country on monthly basis
Provide mid-month & Month end reports to finance
Coach Customer service teams, ensure right standards being followed on R3.
Primarily responsible to abide by all DANGO standards (Credit Notes, financial revenue recognition & order to cash policies)
