Job description
v Handle, resolve & respond promptly to customer inquiries & complaints in an appropriate manner & within acceptable time frame according to the agreed policy & procedures.
v Direct unresolved issues to the designated departments.
v Have a strong product knowledge & familiar with the rules & regulations that controls the real-estate field.
v Maintaining & develops relationships with clients & other team members.
v Maintain accurate records to the database.
v Responsible for the work sheet related to collection, handover notice, BCC & legal notices.
v Keep records of customer interactions & transactions and ensure appropriate action taken.
v Adheres to all corporate policies, guidelines & procedures.
v Responsible for all Transfer of ownership cases.
v Executing Management approval cases such as “downgrade, change of payment plan, parking, refund & reallocation
v Provide all new customers with” orientation service” through phone call & email.
v Perform other related assignments & tasks as instructed.
v The ability to work on “CRM systems “like Microsoft & Oracle.
