Job Description :

Purpose: To support Regional Marketing Manager Middle East to achieve IDP Education Middle East IELTS business objectives by managing all aspects of marketing IELTS testing services offered by IDP test centres around the region, including new test centres launches.

Tasks and responsibilities:

o Develop and drive implementation of marketing plans for IELTS testing
o Ensure compliance with IELTS brand guidelines is maintained across all test centres
o Plan and implement IELTS events calendar with Regional Marketing Manager
o Work with Regional E-marketing Team to plan and implement digital marketing activities to generate leads for IELTS testing
o Share marketing best practice among test centres
o Monitor competitive marketing activities
o Support IELTS business development activities to expand referral partners network
o Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and device processes and initiatives to enhance customer experience
Job Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA preferred
o 2-3 years of brand management experience in a multi-national company.
o Demonstrated high level skills and experience in marketing function with a track record of success that indicates high level business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach.
o Experience in developing and implementing e-marketing strategies and campaigns
o Highly effective relationship building and management skills.
o Demonstrated experience in business development.
o Analytical and reporting skills – able to interpret and present data effectively.
o Highly effective planning and organising, managing multiple competing priorities.
o Excellent communication skills across all key methods – oral (including presentations), written and non verbal.
o Practical experience in managing diverse stakeholders – with diverse interests – to their satisfaction, but always keeping to the ultimate goal of the organisation.
o Sound judgement and the ability to make decisions and act in the best interests of IDP.
o Strategic aptitude and the ability to understand the big picture.
o Sound IT skills – Microsoft Office, CRM systems
o Fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic language
