Responsibilities

  • Serving meal & beverages to our higher management on daily basis and even during meetings.
  • Monitor level of pantry & stationery supplies and handle shortages.
  • Courier management.
  • Supporting management & office staff with scanning & filing.
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed.
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
  • Any other tasks/responsibilities of similar nature or level entrusted by reporting manager.
Requirement
  • High school diploma or associate degree.
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems.
