 Executive Assistant

Part Time

Dubai, UAE


Job Responsibilities:

A- Researching and building a database of regional investment institutions, family offices, and HNW Individuals with the ability to email, call, request and arrange meetings for the company’s executives.

B- Ability to work with Microsoft PowerPoint software to create, amend, and prepare slide decks for meetings.

C- Managing an active calendar of appointments.

D- Arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.


Job Requirement:

A- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

B- Fluency in English is a prerequisite, Arabic is an advantage but not necessarily required.

C- Five plus years of administrative /executive assistant and supporting C-Level Executives experience.

D- Computer software skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) & Adobe Acrobat.
