Job Description :
Job Purpose:
Perform administration related activities in line with company policies and guidelines of quality service. Manage internal and external correspondence, arrange and supply requisitions for the office and determine priority matters for smooth running of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling and storage of office supplies/stationery in the stockroom and the issuance to all departments. Ensure to replenish it periodically.
Handling Visa related process that includes Visa applications, PIC renewals.
Handling Building and parking access cards.
Manage company events/gatherings and ensure maximum satisfaction. Review, edit and coordinate department communication and memorandums to internal/external counter parties.
Filing & Reports Maintain and ensure custody of department files. Prepare required reports for timely submission to management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
2-3 years of relevant experience
Preferably Arabic Speaker
