Role :

Developing a new system for improving the Demand Planning & Supply chain management for our Local Warehousing facility. Improve the product availability efficiency and increase the Order allocation percentage for each Purchase order based on Sales forecast & market demand analysis.


Responsible for generating unconstrained demand plan and finished goods rationalization in close coordination with relevant functions. Measure, report and drive improvement of demand planning accuracy for Electrification & Automation division in Dubai.


Reporting to General Manager - Middle East Operations.


Your responsibilities

Being responsible for abstracting and analyzing all data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan.

Supporting Sales by providing guidance on the demand for specific products and assisting with consolidation of the demand plan

Obtaining Sales’ sign-off on the demand plan for input to the Sales & Operations Planning process.

Working with customer base to determine weekly inbound forecast and develop consumption models to improve accuracy.

Especially for systems businesses, the demand planner needs to include bid & proposal, project execution and reconciliation with finance.

Working with Product Management team to coordinate new product launches, product end etc.

Monitoring finished goods Stock Keeping Units levels, and check on inventory aging.


Your background

Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in purchasing, inventory, supply or demand planning functions

Proficient in oral and written English communications

Knowledge and practical experience in using MS Excel and other MS Office Applications.

Diploma in Supply Chain or Engineering is preferred

ERP experience, specifically Oracle Data Base

Excellent team player.
