You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelez International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How You Will Contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelez International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

More About This Role

What you need to know about this position:

  • Provides administrative and office support for BUP and select functional / business leaders and teams. 
  • Complex diary management and management of the BUP’s calendar
  • Travel Management (Tickets/Visas/Insurance/Agenda planning/Local Transport)
  • Acting as a first point of contact and an expert gatekeeper for BUP office
  • Managing/Filtering BUP office communications
  • Responsible to assist in administrative tasks at the Head Office
  • Maintaining MENAP Distribution Lists
  • Managing expenses submission and reviewing approvals
  • Leave management, applications/approvals
  • Medical Insurance submission
  • Events/Workshop Management

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Time Management for the MD with respect to work meetings, business engagements etc
  • Communication skills, spoken and written
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent planning, organizing, time and work management
  • Strategically adept in managing geographically dispersed teams and understanding of time zone
  • Extensive knowledge on travel management
  • Great attention to detail and quality 
  • Extremely comfortable in engaging with various cross functional and external stakeholders

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree

4-5 years in a similar role, supporting business leaders in a fast paced environment
