Job Description :

L2 Technical Support Engineer – Systems
The primary objective of the L2 Technical Support Engineer – Systems is to provide IT support for client systems and related infrastructure, in accordance with E-Hosting Datafort standards. This employee will collaborate with clients, account executives, engineers, and architects to understand support requirements, system design architectures and deliver professional support services
Experience 
• 3 - 5 years' professional experience in Linux & Windows. 
• A good understanding of technical support services.
• Thorough experience in Systems products and understanding of industry best practices. 
• Good knowledge of HPE, Dell Technologies, Veeam, VMWare and Cisco range of products 
• Proven Systems technical support experience 
• Troubleshooting and problem experience. 
• Customer Service and experience working directly with clients is a must.

Education and Training
• Degree in IT/Computer Science. (Relevant higher diploma/diploma with adequate experience would be considered)
• Multi-disciplinary IT background, in a medium-large infrastructure outsourcing environment 
• Technical authorization with CompTIA and hold a status of “server+ Authorized” is preferred. 
• Technical authorization with two or more of the following certifications:
o Red Hat Certified System Administrator
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and MCSA: Windows Server 2016 (Preferred) 
o VMware Certified Associate (VCA) 
o Dell Certified Associate: Cloud, storage, data protection and management

• Monthly salary AED 8,000 – AED 10,000
