Job Description :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reception duties and assist on admin and sales. 

Responsibilities

· Optimizes and manages the daily in and out flow activities in receiption

· Receives, assists, filters and transfers to assigned personnel the calls and inquires received

· Work in collaboration with our external logistic partner to manage, monitor and resolve issues regarding dispatched and receivable goods

· Accommodates, and organizes all received shipments like benchmarks, raw materials and stocks 

· Ensures the sustainability of all office and laboratory supplies, and restock once necessary by preparing POs

· Validates and records the invoices received, and communicates to Managing Director

· Manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all partners

· Provides support in admin and sales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to work in Sharjah
  • Computer skills and Willingness to learn other software like Sage X3
  • Organized, self-motivated, attentive to details
  • Telephone, customer service and supply management skills
