As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you’ll lead and direct food and beverage operations, ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience. Help prepare the hotel’s annual budget and the setting of departmental goals and monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labour costs. Working with the catering office, identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue. Drive promotions that deliver great dining experiences for guests at a good value. Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback and create performance and development goals for colleagues. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Help guests with their requests and complaints - making sure you maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. Analyse guest insights to identify and meet customer expectations and build on guest loyalty. Regularly communicate with guests to ensure expectations are met. Manage hotel food and beverage marketing programmes and participate in and maintain system-wide food and beverage marketing programmes and promotions.

Ideally, the candidate should possess a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role in a 4 stars hotel. You should be enthusiastic, spontaneous, and emphatic. You will bring with your strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.

The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented and a self-motivated along with a positive attitude. You should have the ability to think laterally and display a high level of integrity. You are a strong team player, enthusiastic and flexible.

You will need to be flexible with working hours and having good knowledge of hotel system is preferred. The right candidate always portrays a professional image and possesses strong multi-tasking and admin skills.
