Job Description :
Dwight School Dubai have an opportunity for a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will assist in the development of the strategic marketing plan for the school, and be responsible for the implementation of all school led marketing and communications activities.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for branding and maintaining all touchpoints along the customer journey at the school. The role will also be responsible for moderating and updating the school social media platforms, updating the website, maintaining the stock shot library, branded collateral, producing and distributing the school newsletter.
In addition, this role with work closely with the admissions team and Head of School to organize community events in order to drive inquiries and meet agreed enrolment & re-enrolment targets.
The Marketing Coordinator will regularly liaise with local suppliers, appointed agencies, the parent community and event organizers on a regular basis.
Key Accountabilities:
Leadership
- Lead the execution of community events for the school
- Work with school admissions team and Marketing team to ensure all school collateral, website and social media platforms are updated.
- Work with school leadership team to produce and distribute school newsletter
Accountability
- Implement school led marketing activities such as parent evenings, information evenings, community events etc
- All school collateral and customer touch points are current and updated as required
- School website content is updated as and when required
- School social media platforms are updated, moderated and queries responded to
- School newsletter produced and distributed on time
- Support school admissions team to generate new leads and channels to reach our Target Audience
- Generate new opportunities for coverage for the schools
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with Key Partners and Stakeholders within and outside the school
- Responsible for reporting on competitor marketing activities
Communication
- Daily updates with school stakeholders (HOS, School Admissions team, Finance etc)
- Daily updates with Marketing team
- Brief agencies and suppliers
- Regular updates with parent community
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of Marketing experience (preferably in education sector)
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Understanding of programs/processes used for production of Marketing materials
- Experience with updating websites, comfortable with Content Management Systems
- Experience with managing business pages on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Ability to lead the planning and execution of community events
- Organizational skills with ability to prioritize
- Ability to make and maintain good relationships with community leaders
- Photography skill and ability to edit images / video an added advantage
