We are looking for the below requirement for one of our client in hospitality
Position: Training Executive
Department : Human Resources
Job Location: Dubai
Summary:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director Human Resources, the Training Executive identify, analyses, designs, facilitates, measures and delivers all the training programs for all team members, ensuring that they completed all the training activities across in as timely manner as possible.
Job responsibilities:
- In consultation with the Director Human Resources, plan training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems.
- Assess relevant training needs for colleagues, individuals and organizations, in consultation with department heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed.
- Stays informed as to relevant skills and qualifications levels required by colleagues for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organizations as appropriate.
- Produce organizational strategy plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
- Design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external provider(s).
- Plan and deliver training personally where necessary to augment that provided externally or internally by others.
- Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety and employment laws.
- Liaise with functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of colleagues training and development, and to ensure they are fully informed of colleagues training and development objectives, purposes and achievements.
- Be present at training sessions to facilitate sessions and answer team members’ questions.
- Be resourceful and creative to ensure that team members complete training.
- Establish a friendly training environment for all training sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up chairs, tables, audio-visual equipment and hospitality areas.
- Keep updated on the Company’s mission and goals by attending appropriate meetings and training as determined by supervisor.
- Conduct formal & informal meetings with Head of Departments & Colleagues regarding training needs.
- Measuring the standards of colleagues, both prior and after the course( i.e: Pre & post Course Evaluation)
- To ensure that Food & Beverage colleagues are attended all the training plan as per the Training Needs analysis.
- To look at external training with a view to improve self within the framework of training.
- Conduct departmental Trainers meeting every quarter and ensure on job training report is sent to all HODs every quarter.
- Organize ISR team in conducting a training, ensure that these are presented during induction, including the ongoing Service Culture workshops.
Qualification & Wok Experience:
- Bachelors Degree.
- Good command of the English Language both written & spoken.
- 2 years’ relevant learning, training and development experience in sports club, leisure or 5 star hotel
- Computer Literate – MS Office (/ Word / Excel/ Excellent power point presentation skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively in a Multicultural environment and at all levels.
