Job Description :

We manufacture furniture and joinery for hospitality clients and are looking for a Production Supervisor to supervise a Joinery company with carpenters and general workers. As Production Supervisor you must have an extensive practical and technical knowledge of production to be able to effectively manage production activities from start to delivery, focusing on quality and meeting the deadline. 

You should also have leadership and managerial skills to control all employees’ related issues in the factory and has to work on a company system to ensure effective and efficient procedures.

You must possess the following skills:

- understand AutoCAD drawings

- supervise all production activities from inception to delivery, plan schedules and ensures timely completion, controls and implement cost effective procedures

- organize production flow effectively and efficiently and maximize company’s use of assets towards project completion

- excellent communication skills and the ability to face clients with technical solutions

- prepare proper documentation related to projects

- strong technical knowledge with regards to furniture, production and finishes
