What must you do to succeed?

• Generate new business using client’s database local and international.
• Assist people to make important property-related decisions.
• Advise property to interested buyers according to their needs.
• Help landlords to promote, advertise their property for sale as well as rent.
• Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent
• Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation
• Qualifying potential buyers/tenants
• Conducting viewings and follow up
