Air Partner is seeking an Experienced Cargo Charter Broker to join their Dubai office. This role is a great opportunity for anyone who has the relevant experience in Cargo charter brokering.

Our Charter services include broking for Group Charter, Freight, Private Jets, Air Evacuation and Aircraft Sales & Leasing. Our Safety & Security services span consulting, research, training and managed services. This role sits within the Cargo Broking Team.

You will:

• Facilitate a speedy turnaround of new and existing client enquiries
• Manage charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report
• Maintain and grow our existing client base
• Identify new clients through cold calling, meetings, networking and researching relevant industry areas
• Achieve monthly and annual targets set for each financial year
• Provide support to the Cargo team in all aspects of day to day trading
• Create brand awareness, generate leads and manage online enquiries
• Ensure all new enquiries are entered correctly and updated regularly on our CRM system
• Manage flight files according to ISO9001 standards and ensure all company policies are observed
• Support “Customer First” to its full extent

What We Are Looking For:

• Be a goal-driven, high-energy, competitive and highly motivated individual that is both an independent worker and a strong team player
• Ideally you will have experience in Freight / Cargo Brokering
• An ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of the job
• Excellent relationship building skill and an ability to sell yourself and our services
• An ability to exceed targets
• Verbal and written fluency in English isessential, Multilingual will be an added advantage.
• An ability to stay calm and work accurately and effectively under pressure
• An ability to build trust and maintain customer loyalty in a very competitive market
• An ability to manage the delivery of a very complex, multi-faceted service
• A flexible approach to working hours - some out-of-hours work is to be expected as an unavoidable part of the job
• A customer focused approach with an ability and willingness to strive to satisfy the highest client expectations.
